Oil and Gas Attorneys is seeking a highly ambitious, energetic, and experienced attorney to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. This role will primarily assist in the preparation of oil and gas title opinions and contract preparation and negotiation.Candidates MUST be a Texas licensed attorney in good standing to qualify for this position. We are unable to consider candidates who are pending admission or awaiting test results. Ideal candidates will have a MINIMUM of THREE to FIVE years of direct experience either as an attorney with an oil and gas law firm or in-house counsel with an exploration and production company.

What You'll Do:
- Analyze and negotiate a high volume of transactions.
- Deliver sound legal advice in the form of title opinions and legal memoranda on oil and gas title, operational, and regulatory law issues that arise in the course oil and gas exploration and production activities.
- Work with multiple clients to facilitate the acquisition and divestiture of assets in a fast-paced environment.
- Create contracts and clearly communicate obligations to parties involved.
Experience / Qualifications:
- At least THREE years of experience drafting title opinions and contacts for oil and gas exploration and production companies.
- Electricity or midstream experience a plus.
- Currently licensed attorney in good standing in the State of Texas.
- Board Certification in Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law a plus.
- New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, or Louisiana licensure a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Texas regulatory systems and unit structures.
- Team player exemplifying high personal and professional moral code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Based in Dallas, Texas Office (On-site).
