Job Summary (Essential Functions)
Greet members, guests and assist with their requests. Ensure that managerial tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner.
Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities)
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook needed.
- Match invoices to statements for payment.
- File invoices.
- Assist with selling merchandise.
- Answer telephone and process requests.
- Keep a list of Seahorse Camp children and swimming lessons.
- Mail out statements and correspondence.
- Pull chits on request.
- Meet and greet membership and guests.
- Coordinate uniforms for the staff.
- Catalog inventory.
- Be able to lift 15 pounds or more.
- Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the accounting manager, assistant manager, and General Manager.
- Light, cleaning and arranging office and back room.
