Position Details

Provide front desk support for the UVM Clinical Simulation Laboratory ( CSL) and administrative assistance to the lab staff and director. Respond to questions posed by the learners, faculty, staff and community; and supporting activities of CSL faculty and staff through coordination of high priority tasks and duties. Administration of CSL billing/invoicing, purchasing, travel expenses, purcards. Oversee the file management system (paper and electronic). Facilitate HR paperwork, such as W2s and I9s and general HR processes. Assist with conferences and marketing.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate's degree and two to three years of experience required. Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required. Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Desirable Qualifications
PowerPoint and Publisher experience desirable.
