SalaryKingsmark Kennels is in search of a phenomenal Office Tech. An individual that organizes work priorities and manages the front end of the house. They analyze administrative operations and strategies, to maintain work methods and systems. Office Techs oversee and coordinate all the offices’ administrative activities including maintaining Kingsmark’s requirements for boarding/day care, managing databases, and communicating effectively with staff and clients.
Hours are 6 a.m. - 12 p.m. or 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. or 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Office techs essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may work with a team of administrative or support staff.

- Organizing the flow of animals and managing databases.
- Booking transport and accommodations.
- Help organize company events or meetings.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
- Supervising and monitoring the work of office staff.
- Managing office budgets/petty cash.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date and being followed.
- Using a range of software packages.
- Must have proper hygiene and presentation at all times.
- Weekends and Holidays are required
- Must be at least 18 years old.
