Description
We are seeking a full time (1.0FTE) Office Supervisor at our Poplar Clinic
The Office Supervisor is tasked with providing "floor" guidance to front line staff. Help with problem solving and navigating complex clients, processes, workflows. The Office Supervisor will be a resource to both the Clinic Manager and Operations team for implementation and sustainability of workflows as prescribed by decision makers. Will also be responsible for managing staff and performance management of direct reports, typically Support Staff roles. Successful job performance includes successful adherence to workflows and processes by staff. Will develop a communication tool to ensure all workflows, directions, and processes are documented, shared with staff and adhered to. Ensure coverage and consistency among staff. Expected to be able to perform all front line staff responsibilities, execute directives from Management team, program coordinators, and Director of Regional Operations as they pertain to front line staff.
Office Supervisor duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that patients are receiving the best possible customer service experience.
- Working with other department heads to ensure appropriate and adequate staffing and resources for staff to fulfill the functions of their job.
- Staying current on changing policies and procedures.
- Holding staff accountable to established policies and procedures.
- Overseeing staff and performing tasks related to supervision including functions such as hiring, managing performance, discipline and daily operations.
- Preparing and managing the department's budget
- Ordering supplies and maintaining adequate inventory of supplies
- Understanding the financial background of the office.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Associate's Degree in a Healthcare Management, Supervisory Management or related healthcare and/or leadership field. At least 1-2 years' experience performing similar work while taking on increasing levels of responsibility; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Description
$24.26/hr to $31.41/hr based on experience
