Office Staff
Looking for enthusiastic energetic all-around Office Staff to join our team! Someone who can work independently, have management skills, and can lead a team of employees and clients.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Can accommodate field duties if necessary.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Previous or similar clerical role is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
