Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Insurance licenses in property, casualty, life and health preferred but not required for consideration. Will train. Potential reimbursement available upon attainment of licenses. Preference given for technical aptitude. Compensation commensurate with experience. Completion of a skill assessment is required for applicants before initial interview.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Display good analytical skills.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Life/Health Insurance License preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
