The Third Floor is seeking an enthusiastic Production Assistant to be the keeper of our thriving, world-class Los Angeles headquarters. This rock star Assistant will be responsible for the daily support of several departments daily requests and questions. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone to advance their career in entertainment production.
This is temporarily a Hybrid position: while some work can be done remote, the Office PA must be available to work 3 to 4 days a week onsite in our Los Angeles office. At some point in 2024, this role will transition back to a fully onsite position.
Responsibilities:
Reception: answering calls, greeting guests, making copies and scans. Assisting in access permissions and building liaison, including work orders.
General office upkeep, including consistent tidying up common spaces, maintaining balconies, etc.
Expense tracking/documenting.
Assisting with company event prep and execution of TTF digital and in person events.
Manage operations of digital Swag Store, including organizing and executing mass company orders such as show swag. Tracking client gifts and posters distribution.
Manage demo reel requests from artists within the studio.
Assisting with cross department help as needed, most often for IT on Mondays/Fridays.
Making various runs and other errands as necessary.
Tackling any supplies requests that arise.
Assist with any additional tasks that come up on a day-to-day basis such as VR Demo help, travel research/bookings, MoCap and DLO shoots.
Coordinate shipping of production-related materials to off-site teams and clients.
Work with Coordinators and/or Production Managers to send out client gifts and thank you cards at show wrap.
Coordinate credit submissions to clients.
Update IMDB with released credits.
Other general office and administrative duties as assigned by office coordinator, management, and production.
Setting up for meetings and conferences with drink trays, assisting with onsite events, ordering and maintaining craft services, etc.
Maintain Artist Library via ordering and logging new titles and keeping track of check-ins and check-outs
Essential Skills:
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, FileMaker Pro, Google Calendar and Docs.
Light office runs requiring a reliable vehicle.
Ability to be on their feet for extended periods of time and move furniture.
Basic understanding of the production workflow either from schooling or through production experience.
Good Communicator.
Desirable:
Although not required, relevant professional experience is always welcome.
Good knowledge of Maya and Photoshop a plus.

The pay scale is between $18 - $20 / hour based on experience, skillset and other factors. Additional TTF benefits: Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), Sick Time, 401k (staff only), PTO (staff only), and additional Perks & Benefits.
