Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
- Assist on an as needed basis for recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Achieves financial objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Organizing and planning team activities
- Ensuring employees have proper tools and resources to perform jobs effectively
- Create and maintain a pleasant work environment
- Liaise with facility management vendors
- Assist with benefits administration, employee onboarding and other HR related activities as needed
Experience & Education:
• 3-5+ years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
