Iddy Biddy Pool School, voted #1 in water safety and swim lessons, is looking for an Office Manager.
Qualified candidates must have 2 years of experience, be personable and organized, and have excellent communication skills; this is a long-term position.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, will train on our Jackrabbit software.
This position is part-time with flexible hours. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday mornings (8:30 am - 1:00 pm), evenings (3:30 pm - 8:00 pm), and Saturdays (8:30 am -1:00 pm).
In the summer, we run classes in the morning, Monday-Saturday 8:30 am – 1:00 pm, and in the evenings, Monday-Thursday 3:30-8:00.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Bookkeeping – ordering/maintaining supplies, pro shop inventory
· Customer service
· HR duties – hiring new office staff
· Schedule office appointments, front desk schedules
· Data Entry
· Inventory the pro shop
· Complete daily tasks left by the district manager and owner
Qualifications
· Customer Service experience
· Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google Docs
· Good at multi-tasking; a self-starter
