Company Overview:
JET Infrastructure owns and operates jet fuel pipelines and terminals supplying major hub airports and urban growth centers across the United States. As the sole pipeline supplier of jet fuel to airports including Miami, San Diego and Reno, JET Infrastructure (“JET”) plays a critical role in maintaining safe, reliable, and sustainable airport operations.
Role Summary:
The Office and Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executive team and corporate function leaders. The role includes a wide variety of day-to-day functional support activities for the commercial, finance, and information technology teams along with office facility management. This role is based in Highlands Ranch, CO.
- Travel, facilitate, set-up, catering, and agenda coordination for one-site and off-site meetings and training
- Ensure appropriate levels of office amenities, refreshments, and supplies
- Coordinate maintenance and repair request with building management
- General daily office tasks, including light reception duties
- Calendar management
- Preparation and editing of presentations and written material
- In coordination with insurance broker, coordinate preparation and transmittal and management of customer and vendor insurance certificates
- Manage workflow of corporate document signatures
- Assist with internal and external corporate communications
- Maintain company’s contract management system and workflow
- Coordinate customer and community outreach programs, including corporate branded materials
- Assist commercial team with marketing material development and publication, both printed and electronic
- Monitor and assist with corporate social media and web presence
- Expense reporting and expense report preparation
- Tracking and filing of annual secretary of state reports
- Assist accounts payable team with vendor set up, lease management, and utility management

- Must be comfortable with support roles in a variety of computer applications such as ERPs, contract management systems, and online file sharing systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizing, scheduling and maintaining a calendar for a group or an individual
- Coordinating events, conferences, or parties
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- 4-5 years of qualifying experience required
