Job Description
We are seeking to hire an experienced Office Manager to join our team. A successful Office Manager should have experience with a variety of office software and accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and day-to-day operation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point person for organization through effective communication across all departments
- Support all administrative duties and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Perform all Front Office duties: Provide general support and assist visitors and callers in a professional manner
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Work experience in an administrative/office management role
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Computer Skill a must with ability to learn and operate software
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments
- Must have exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a self-starter and driven
