ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Facilities Manager will help maintain the daily operations of an organization by providing employees with administrative support and supplies to help them accomplish their tasks. They may handle scheduling and vendor relations, and they may provide customer service to ensure operations run smoothly. In the office coordinator role, you will organize office documents and supplies, communicate and implement office policies, answer phones and make phone calls, and greet clients and visitors. This person will also negotiate contracts and must be able to speak fluently in English. You will ensure the correct administrative operations of the division. Efficient office operations and increased efficiency of supported employees will demonstrate success in this role.
- Office Coordinator Job Responsibilities and Duties:*
- Maintains an organized and systematic filing system.
- Responds to employee concerns.
- Greets clients and visitors.
- Negotiate with contractors
- Communicates and implements office policies.
- Prepares and schedules company activities, meetings, and events
- Manages office supplies.
- Manages Kitchen supplies.
- Manages IT Inventory and Sourcing
- Serves as the primary point of contact between the division and corporate.
Office Coordinator Job Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write and speak)
- Business Management, HR, 4 years degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in Facilities management.
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
