Office Manager / Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Accountant
Residential Construction Company located on Hilton Head Island
Qualifications:
· We are looking for a hands-on Office Manager / accountant with strong organizational skills.
· Qualified candidate should (must) have a minimum 5 years’ experience in the residential home building industry.
· Applicant must be detail oriented, have the ability to prioritize tasks, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Candidate will work closely with the CEO overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.
· He or she will be responsible for the management of both accounts receivable and accounts payable.
· Accounts payable – ensure invoices are properly vouched by job and phase. Process weekly accounts payable check disbursement run.
· Accounts receivable – ensure all cash receipts are vouched and properly coded by job.
· Assist in the administration of projects including completion and filing of required permits.
· Maintain electronic copies of all project related materials by job and phase.
· Speak with customers and vendors on the phone and/or in person.
Job Type:
· Full-time – 8 hour shift
· Salary $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
