- Oversee and manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
- Keeping track of job progress and costs through accounting software
- Receiving and paying invoices from subcontractors and vendors
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a requirement
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Payroll experience a plus

- 8 hour shift
- Monday - Friday
