Holt Auto Sales is hiring an Office Manager for their Corvette, Classic, & Specialty Car Dealership located just outside Holt, MI in Dimondale. This position offers an opportunity to work in a quiet office environment. Hours are flexible, some remote capability, very low-key and friendly at all times!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Processes car deals
- Prepares checks for vehicle payoffs or vehicle purchases
- Reconciles accounts and inventory
- Perform bookkeeping tasks: AP/AR & Payroll using QuickBooks & Accounting CS
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform data entry and update various databases
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist in property management and perform website maintenance
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment required
- Must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with vehicle dealership administration and property management are preferred
- Must have strong technology and computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
