Liberty Communities is currently seeking a full-time Office Manager for our Stockbridge, GA location. Our growing team was recently ranked as a Top 25 Atlanta Homebuilder and we are continuing to expand across Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama. Liberty is a great place to start or grow your career! The right candidate for this crucial role is highly-organized, detail-oriented and enjoys multitasking.
Responsibilities:
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee administrative functions such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Manage the budget for office supplies, equipment, and other expenses
- Point person for maintenance and building requests, mail service, shipping and receiving, and food/beverages
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proficient in using various office software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
Requirements:
- Highly motivated, team player who works well with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
- Accounting skills and experience a plus, but not required
