Office / Leasing Assistant

Store Stuff, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our team at our Lawrence, KS self-storage facility.

We are in search of an energetic, friendly, and highly motivated person to assist with lease-up of the facility.

The position will require 40 hours weekly. The current office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Company benefits package is offered with this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:· Social media posting and advertising

· Outside marketing to affiliates

· Implementing marketing strategies

· Account management

· Unit rentals

· Payment Processing

· Tenant Insurance and retail sales

Position Requirements:

· Property Management Experience a Plus

· Ability to work unsupervised

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a MUST

· Ability to multitask

· Provide top-notch customer service

· Collections and delinquent accounts management

· Maintain a positive attitude
