The Office Leader plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the office. They act as a bridge between the local office and the home office, keeping everyone connected and in sync. They have a comprehensive understanding of the local office's operations, including customer interactions, trade partnerships, and team dynamics.
Outcomes:
- KPI - Achieve local office sales, starts, and closing goals.
- KPI - Create a 90% client referral rating.
- KPI - No AR over 30 days.
- KPI - Closing Packages complete within 14 days of completion.
- Invoice customers at construction milestones.
- Accountable to enter data into the accounting system and prepare accurate local office reporting
- Onboard and maintain trade partner changes.
- Ensure the local office is staffed for business hours.
- Accountable for PO (Purchase Order), permitting, and appraisal maintenance.
Competencies:
- Office management experience
- Be a strategic thinker and have a strong work ethic (grit).
- Basic accounting knowledge of P&Ls, A/R, etc.
- Ability to work with different personalities and comfortably be assertive (when needed).
- Highly effective communicator
- Ability to work with Trade Partners on Quote sheets and Purchase Orders.
- Highly task-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities.
Salary: $52,000-$60,000 per year plus commission
