Office Generalist

$750 Sign-On Bonus

We are currently searching for a new team member to join our organization. We are ready to hire an Office Generalist who will be responsible for administrative needs/directives of the Plant Manager, Plant Supervisors, and Transportation. Liaison for Human Resources related issues under the direction of the Corporate HR Department.

Responsibilities

Production/HR

• Review production loss and yield reports for accuracy and correct any errors.
• Complete daily production grade yield variance and loss summary in Excel.
• Participate and take minutes for the monthly safety meeting.
• Record and submit petty cash receipts for each period end.
• Answer the phone and make sure guests follow sign-in procedures.
• Assist HR answering employee questions about company benefits, ensuring HR forms are available.
• Send all required paperwork for address changes, workers comp, terminations, short term disability & FMLA to HR.
• Collect/Send intercompany mail as needed and have ready for the Driver.

Transportation

• Enter information on various reporting aspects of the drivers, verify their signatures and send them to Corporate.
• Order and maintain all uniform needs for all drivers.
• Scan invoices, verify they are correct and then send them to Corporate.
• Record daily checks and then send them to Corporate.
• Collect and email Quality Control forms.

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completion
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and results-oriented
• Self motivated and the ability to multitask
• Skilled proficiency with excel and word
• Strong people and communication skills

Work Schedule;

Days - Monday to Friday

Hours - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
