We are a faith-based, mission focused and family owned office located in McKinney, Texas that is centered on pediatric and family chiropractic. Our heart is to serve kiddos and families of the Collin County area and restore them to full function of the nervous system!
Job Type: Full time/Part-time
Your primary responsibles will be the run the social media platforms. You will assist in creating engaging content, moitoring social media channels, interacting with followers, analyzing data and contributing to the overall social media presence of the organization.
Don’t have experience in Chiropractic? Don’t worry! It’s not required. We will provide all training necessary to perform all tasks. We want someone willing to grow and learn alongside us and share our ministry.
Requirements of the position:

- Mon & Wed- 8:30-11:30, 2-5:30, Tues & Thurs- 2-6, Fri- 8:30-11:30
Responsibilities of the position:
Content Creation & Scheduling
- Assist in creating compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels
- Creating Content Calendar a month in advance
- Getting photos and videos of patients and their testominials
Community Management
- Prompty respond to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely matter
- Identify and address customer service issues or concerns
- Social Media Analytics
- Track, analyze and report on key social media metrics and performance (engagement rates, reach, click-through rates, and follow growth)
- Identify trends and insight from data to optimize content and improve social media strategies
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing social media performance and suggestion recommendations for improvement
Care Management
- Schedule out patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries
- Be prepared for constant patient connection- greeting, educating on neurologically-based chiropractic care, keeping patients on track with care, giving office tours, etc. You need to love small talk
- Feel comfortable having conversations regarding money and finances
- Able to connect with both moms and kiddos
Adminstrative Support
- Task orientated and extremely organized-you live for checking off to-do lists and can wear many hats
- Learn office procedures, verbiage and communication
Computer Savy
- Comfortable working with Apple/iphone
- Social media apps (Canva, Instagram, Facebook,Capcut,TikTok)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
