Job Summary:
We are a small family owned and run sitework and general contracting company. We currently employ 12 full time people and are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our company's growth. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. We are open to both full time and part time possibilities with a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Duties:
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
- Monthly Account Reconciliations
- Data entry for all business transactions
- Payroll (payroll entries, retirement funding, insurance funding)
- Job costing (tracking of employee time and material cost for each service item related to individual projects)
- Handling of insurance audits
- Other Duties as Assigned
Skills:
- Have Completed QuickBooks University or extensive QuickBooks experience
- Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google calendar
- High attention to detail to produce accurate reports and accuracy in all tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- A “do it now” attitude with excellent time management skills
- Confidentiality of proprietary information and company financials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
