We are looking for a receptionist who is ready to work in a fast-paced office environment and is extremely detail-oriented. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and vendors; therefore, we're interested in hiring dependable individuals with great attention to detail, who are able to answer questions and resolve issues quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors upon arrival and answer their questions.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars of potential clients.
- Answer the phone in a friendly manner and greet callers by name.
- Provide basic information and applications for sales team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $500.00 - $600.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
