Office Cleaner

We have an opportunity for an Office Cleaner in our corporate facility located in Atlanta, Georgia. The role is responsible for daily cleaning of work spaces, restrooms, common areas.  Routine tasks include cleaning windows, dusting, floor detailing and other related duties to promote a tidy and safe office environment.

Essential Functions include:

• Perform various surface cleaning and floor care tasks.
• Floor care to include:
  • Vacuum, spot clean, machine clean carpeted areas,
  • Sweep, mop hard surfaces,
  • Strip, wax, buff tiled areas,
  • Sweep and buff concrete floors with professional buffing equipment.
• Remove trash in office areas, breakrooms, and restrooms.
• Clean toilets & urinals, mop, dust, sanitize and restock restrooms.
• Dust or wipe desks, shelves, doors, and other surfaces.
• Clean windows inside and outside, wipe/dust blinds and window ledges.
• Clean and disinfect furniture, and other office equipment or items.
• Clean and restock common areas to include lobby, breakrooms, copier stations.
• Report needed repairs and replacements timely.

Requirements include:

• Previous experience in professional cleaning roles; hospitality housekeeping experience pref’d.
• Understands correct and safe cleaning methods and use of cleaning products/chemicals and supplies and equipment.
• Able to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines, floor buffers and wet and dry vacuums.
• Attention to detail, organized with ability to follow and adapt to changing schedules or routines.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Meet physical requirements: include long periods of standing/walking, routine lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, regular bending/stooping/reaching.
