SalaryResponsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, conference rooms, break rooms, and common areas
- replenishing supplies
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Use industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals to effectively clean surfaces
- Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
