LivINN Hotels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager at our property Berkshire of Burnsville. In this role, you will assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills, as well as a background in facilities management and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of property operations
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and assist with lease agreements
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and ensure timely completion
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, leases, and financial transactions
- Assist with rent collection and ensure all payments are processed correctly
- Conduct market research to stay updated on rental rates and competition
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Ability to handle conflict situations professionally and resolve issues diplomatically
- Basic understanding of facilities management principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
