Currently seeking an Office Assistant in the Gastonia, NC area. An Office Assistant provides office support to the AOBB team and is vital for the smooth running of a business. This position's duties include but not limited to:
- Fielding
- Data Entry
- Telephone calls
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Word processing
- Creating spreadsheets and presentations
- Ability and/or willingness to use/learn various computer software (training is provided) (Microsoft 360, OnTarget Clinical, etc.)
- Filing
- Ensuring that all consumers and employees adhere to the COIVD-19 screen upon entering the office building

Additional Requirements
· Proof of valid North Carolina Driver's License (Type C)
· Access to reliable transportation
· Proof of valid/current auto insurance
· Copy of official state driving record
· Three (3) employment references 2 Personal and 1 Professional.
· Cleared criminal background check and signed statement regarding felony Indictments/convictions
· Working cellular telephone at all times for on-call and after-hours availability
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $10.00 - $19.00 per hour
