Office Assistant

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including but not limited to typing, filing, and data entry.
- Manage calendars and ensure all appointments are properly scheduled and updated.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence as needed.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking progress, updating project files, and communicating with team members.

Qualifications:
- Entry level
- Must be bilingual
- Must have a current drivers license.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
