SalaryLooking to hire an administrative assistant for a growing healthcare company. We are looking for a good personality and excellent phone skills.
Tasks will include:
- Answering phones
- Receiving and routing company emails
- Basic patient intake and eligibility checking (we'll train you on this, don't worry)
- coordination with therapists
- calling doctors offices for paperwork
- Basic spreadsheets
- Light cold-calling new prospects when there's free time
- Some local errands etc
- Laughing at Manager's bad jokes
Requirements
- medical or healthcare office experience a huge plus
- great personality
- excellent organizational skills
