Job Description:
ComForCare Home Care, a leading home care franchise, is seeking a dynamic and multitasking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Admin/Recruiter. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assist in the recruitment process of caregivers.
Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
- Manage and organize office documents, including scanning and filing.
- Assist with general office tasks such as printing, creating flyers, and maintaining office supplies.
- Recruitment:
- Conduct caregiver interviews and orientations.
- Maintain caregiver profiles by scanning and organizing essential documents.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration and/or recruitment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
