Job Description:

ComForCare Home Care, a leading home care franchise, is seeking a dynamic and multitasking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Admin/Recruiter. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assist in the recruitment process of caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Office Administration:
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
  • Manage and organize office documents, including scanning and filing.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as printing, creating flyers, and maintaining office supplies.
• Recruitment:
  • Conduct caregiver interviews and orientations.
  • Maintain caregiver profiles by scanning and organizing essential documents.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a streamlined recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in office administration and/or recruitment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
