We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and organized Office Administrator. The role will serve as the heartbeat of the office and will be able to keep the office running smoothly, while enabling the sales agent to perform at the highest levels. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter, with excellent oral and written communication skills. You must be able to work both as a part of a team, as well as independently with little direction. Great time management is a MUST! Real estate industry experience is required.
Primarily Monday – Friday (9:00-5:00) with occasional evening/weekend event attendance.
Responsibilities
- Management of all office systems
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and colleagues on transactions
- Implement Social Media Marketing, Event Planning, and Client/Vendor Events
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Maintain conference room, lobby, and general office space
- Manage office supply inventory
- Weekly office meeting with management
- Attendance at monthly mandatory administrative training
- Enforcing document compliance
- On-boarding Agents
- Highly skilled in organization and time management
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, CRM systems, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships with a variety of personalities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
