Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors.
- General administrative duties like data entry, filing, and bookkeeping.
- Responding to email and telephone queries efficiently and courteously.
- Answering telephones and directing calls or taking messages as appropriate.
- Coordinate with Department Heads to ensure prompt service to our clients.
- Facilitating client requests for condition reports and photos from department heads.
- Processing internet bids and other web related queries as appropriate.
- Assistance with pre and post-auction administration and paperwork.
- Support with auction preview and auction day operations.
- Represent Bruneau and Co. at trade shows and comic cons.
- Cashiering duties.

No experience with auction software? We will train the right candidate!
This is a part time position Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am until 4pm. Some weekends and weeknights will be in addition to the standard hours. Two weeks automatic vacation a year.
