As an HR assistant reporting to the location manager, you will be responsible general office duties such as: Scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, creating reports, as well as interviews, filing paperwork, working with the Human Resources director regarding employees and more.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail with a desire to work help serve others.
Responsibilities:
· Organize and schedule meetings
· Develop and maintain filing system
· Order office supplies
· Generate reports
· Miscellaneous office tasks
Interviews, writing processes, etc.
Skills Required:
· Excellent time management skills
· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 43 – 45 per week
