What we are looking for
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Offer Management Lead for End to End Efficiencyto help with our market leading EcoStruxure building management solutions.
Our industry faces a critical shortage of skilled engineers at all levels.
This shortage is leading to much greater focus on the cost to deploy building management solutions and much less emphasis on system features and capabilities which are seen as non-differentiating and expected
What do you get to do in this position?
- Take on a significant global responsibility for the critical focus area of End to End Efficiency for the whole customer journey with our building management solution EcoStruxure Building Operation.
- You will work closely with all aspects of the structure of Digital Buildings go to market including; global Offer Managers, Project management office, R&D, category management, global supply chain, customer satisfaction and quality, country commercial leaders and teams and field service.
- You will identify the whole customer journey for multiple personas defining the current structures, tools and processes, related to all building management hardware and software.
- You will work with the multiple teams to identify prioritized areas of focus where efficiency can be significantly improved in

- Look to establish a single cloud based environment where as much of the above activities can be curated and guided leading to clear measurable efficiency gains in the use of our solutions
Qualifications

- You can understand personas and user journeys across disparate systems, functions and lines of business within a global organization.
- Help develop teams to focus on scope definition, gap analysis, solution definition, and change management.
- Scope Definition
Understand persona requirements for the whole journey from enquiry to End of life. Scope customer journeys. Capture requirements and track status through user stories. - Gap Analysis
Identify gaps in current solutions through mapping of scoped requirements to existing solution capabilities. Assess and prioritize gaps, including exploration of potential workarounds and their implications for improvement in End to End Efficiency. - Solution Creation
Work with the other offer management leads to write definitions of initiatives, Epics and features for prioritization in our backlogs and execution by the relevant internal and external teams. - Publication
Champion the new End to End efficient solutions and help drive adoption of the new tools and services across our different country organizations.
