Form of work Under the supervision of the Head Football Coach, the incumbent will serve as Offensive Coordinator and position coach. The Offensive Coordinator will assist with other duties including, but not limited to, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes, planning practices, performing necessary public relations work, and assisting in fundraising.
Coordinates offense, oversees offensive staff. Prepares offensive playbooks for season
Conducts meetings with offensive staff and offensive unit daily and prepares offensive practice schedule with Football staff.
Provide game & practice film analysis with offensive and film breakdown of opponent's defensive tendencies.
Develops substitution game plan with staff and prepares daily-weekly depth chart with staff.
Coordinates Offensive adjustments on sideline & halftime.
Prepares offensive run game scripts, scout defensive cards with fronts, coverages & stunts and prepares play Calling sheet, hit chart, big play-bad play typed & filed
Prepares offensive scouting report with staff in season, breakdown film, fronts & stunts, blitz chart, two deep and coverages.
Submits offensive game plan with offensive staff, and Head Football Coach.
Offensive bench organization and game day organization with Head Coach.
Grades position players, stats, qtr's played, with assistant coaches.
Coordinates the coaching staff and assists the players with academic matters with Head Football Coach and Assistant Head Coach.
Reviews academic reports from academic advising office. Monitors academic eligibility. Contacts student athletes who need summer credits & meet with academic advisor for mid-term and final grade reports.
Keeps players and staff notified and up-to-date information of all important academic events such as last day to drop/add, academic calendar, etc.
Evaluates all offensive film for potential recruits.
Goal Line, special teams (KOR, PAT-FG).
Assists athletic department with annual fundraiser.
Assists Head Football Coach with game travel.
Other

Must have Wyoming PTSB Coaching Cerficicate or obtain coaching certificate within one year of hire.
