Job Description
- Work with the pricing, business development, and proposal team to develop a cost and pricing volume for proposal bids on government contracts that include international locations.
- Collect and analyze competitive cost data as well as provide insights on local in-country requirements (benefits, payroll, visas, etc.) that may impact cost strategies.
- Develop modeling templates to assist with future bids.
- Interact with prime or sub contractors to ensure pricing strategies are streamline among team members.
Qualifications
10+ years experience in developing cost proposals and/or financial operations. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Extensive experience developing cost/pricing volumes for IT services contracts involving international programs at the Federal government level. Familiar with Federal government regulations relating to contracting such as FAR, DFAR, and CASB. Experience working with the DCAA. Must be a US citizen.
