Expert knowledge of Organizational Change management /communications strategies and best practices; expertise in managing and developing written communications material for print and electronic media. Expertise with designing detailed project plans, implementation and support for OCM /Communications activities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meeting established timelines and tracking budgets as well as strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills, ability to work with all levels of management. Typically possess 15 or more years experience as a project manager, communications specialist, OCM specialist or related role. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills. Team Coach - coach for 4-8 teams at various maturity and development stages responsible for:
- Identifying team performance opportunities and establishing Agile best practices
- Implementing and championing Agile Maturity Metrics
- Facilitating setup and optimization of team performance and work product tracking (Octane and UMTPI – analogous to Jira/Ado)
Supporting Scrum Teams by training and bolstering key roles (typically Product Owner and Scrum Master):

Education Requirement:

- Agile at Scale Cert (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent)
- Certified Agile Trainer by accredited organization (Scrum Alliance or equivalent)

Salary range for this position is $174,720 - $218,400. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
