Job description

This Program Integrator position supports the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) within Office of the Chief Information Officer, and the Program Executive Office, Aviation, by recommending, planning, integrating, coordinating, and executing, the implementation of all DoD Acquisition program requirements as assigned and directed by the CTO for supported products and efforts.  Duties require coordination with and development of cohesive working relationships with fellow assigned team members including all functional specialty representatives from across all project offices, as well as with other internal and external agencies, such as PEO AVN HQs, HQDA, MACOMs and other commands. The selected individual must have a working understanding of the DoD Acquisition Process. Duty requirements include planning, scheduling, technical analysis and evaluations, report preparation, briefings, and plans implementation along with providing support to management. Interface daily with military and civilian personnel and other contractor personnel in a team environment.


  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-organizational, program reviews, forums, and government/industry integrated product teams.
  • Coordinates the reporting and visualization of technical documentation, briefings, and aids in the development of informational papers using a variety of software and hardware tools that include PowerPoint, Excel, and other software.
  • Assist the CTO in the development of both an executable spend plan that meets the overall needs of a program and development of a program budget to fully support a program’s long term funding requirements using the DoD’s Program, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process.
  • Execute and support leadership with planning, scheduling, technical analysis, evaluation of products, reports, and materials.
  • Coordinate requirements across multiple stakeholder communities. Aids in the development of processes supporting technical team services and identifies areas of possible process improvement and coordinates implementation across OCIO organization.
  • Interface with business, technical, logistic, and engineering personnel, in support of CTO initiatives
  • Advise and make recommendations to CTO on courses of action to favorably reflect the OCIO and services through internal and external correspondence and communications.
  • Coordinate with various DOD and Army level offices and prepare draft correspondence, program briefings, documentation, information papers, and statements on a variety of issues and functional programs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years related experience.
  • Master’s Degree with 6 years related experience.

 

PREFERRED:

  • Program/Project experience with Information Technology
  • PMP
