Overview:
Maple Springs Living is now hiring an Occupational Therapist Assistant for a PRN position to join a qualified in-house team of therapy professionals in North Logan, UT.
The OTA hired for one of these Skilled Nursing facilities will treat a well-balanced mix of patients within the SNF setting. Some prior exposure to the SNF setting is preferred through regular work experience or clinicals. New Grad Occupational Therapists will be considered.
Caseload:
The Occupational Therapist Assistant hired will work with a variety of diagnoses. The patient population is mostly geriatrics, but patients of all ages are treated.
Work Schedule:
This PRN position includes working primarily Monday through Friday. Most OTs work 8 am - 4:30 pm, but the work schedule is flexible based on the availability of the candidate hired. Within this role, you will enjoy an excellent work / life balance.
Compensation and Benefits:
Occupational Therapist Assistants are paid a competitive salary based on experience. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired.
Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a retirement plan. Professional development is encouraged and includes reimbursement for CEUs. A sign-on bonus is available for full-time. Housing and transportation for the first 6 months of employment are negotiable based on availability.
Job Requirements:
Eligible for Utah state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
New graduate OTAs will be considered.
Some prior work or clinical experience in the SNF setting is preferred.
