Occupational Therapist, Toledo, Oh Area

We are currently seeking a creative Full-TimeOccupational Therapist (OT) in the Toledo, OH area in an Assisted Living (AL) environment.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) would be responsible for performing starts of care and initial evaluations, subsequent follow-up visits, and supervising COTA's. Flexible scheduling while maintaining a weekly caseload of 27 - 32 visits a week to meet full-time.Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience based. This position is a per-visit-based and will be discussed during the interview process.
