Occupational Therapist

360 Wellness is looking to add a full time Occupational Therapist to our growing team. We are primarily located in Senior Living Facilities (Independent Living, Assisted Living, etc). We are looking for caring and compassionate team members who value their patients, team members, building staff, and themselves. We are looking for someone who provides patient care with a variety of functional and educational modalities to help patient’s regain independence and reach their full potential. This position will be asked to travel between Dayton and Cincinnati.Team member will be asked to participate in related activities to support patient care, education, and operations.

Requirements

•      Graduation from an accredited academic program in occupational therapy.

•      Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio

•      Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

•      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
