The Occupational Therapist I shall plan and administer occupational therapy evaluation and treatment programs in alignment with the Wisconsin State Practice Act.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Satisfactory completion of clinical work as required by the university attended.
- Previous work experience which indicates successful ability to assume responsibilities within a team context.
- Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
- CPR Certification.
- Valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License.
- NBCOT certification
- Exceptional oral and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in an efficient manner.
- Successfully demonstrate proficiency with the skills defined by the needs of the patients on the caseload.
- Ability to maintain composure under stressful working conditions.
- Proficient computer use and application (intranet, word, excel, keyboarding, share point, email, etc.).
- Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
Preferred Qualifications:
* One or more years of experience in comparable role.
* Experience with computerized documentation systems.
