Bay State Physical Therapy is growing, and we need your help!! We are currently seeking a self-motivated, ambitious Occupational Therapist or Occupational certified hand therapist to join our team. As a member of our team, you will provide individualized evidence-based, high-quality care that is offered in a comfortable and fun outpatient setting with a focus on educating our patients about their health and wellness. Our case load will include orthopedic, neurologic, vestibular, work hardening and work conditioning patients of all ages.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Evaluate incoming patient conditions, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs and consult with referring Physicians regarding diagnosis, compose discharge notes for patients and refer to appropriate outside sources as necessary
- Assist patients with all phases of occupational therapy treatment and techniques
- Document treatments, record patient conditions and responses to treatments
- Prepare patient care/progress notes and other required forms as requested.
- Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment including splint fabrication for patients
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy school approved by The American Occupational Therapy Association
- Licensed OT in Massachusetts
