Occupational Therapist - Part Time Outpatient Clinic

PRN Occupational Therapist
We are seeking to add a talented, motivated, and team oriented Occupational Therapist to our Vital Rehabilitation outpatient team. Our employees work on a team of PT’s, OT’s, SLP's, COTA's, and PTA’s, to ensure that the highest level of care is given to patients and that a collaborative learning environment is sustained.

Vital Rehabilitation is a network of outpatient clinics in the Chicago area committed to providing the absolute highest level of quality care to a wide variety of patient conditions. Vital incorporates a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation utilizing the skills and expertise of physical therapists, Occupational Therapists, speech pathologists.

Job Functions:

· Work as a team member to maximize efficiency and quality of patient treatments

· Complete evaluations and treatments for occupational therapy inpatients

· Communicate effectively with the fellow clinicians and administration to ensure quality care is being given and problems are being solved

· Complete all evaluation notes and daily notes in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

· Masters Degree – Occupational Therapy

· Licensed Occupational Therapist in state of Illinois

· Experience working in a busy clinic, treating patients, and writing notes

· Strong communicator, hard working, determined, team leader and team oriented

· Outpatient therapy experience strongly preferred

Hours:

· PRN

· Flexible Hours

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
