Qualifications:
Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program or university
Valid professional license and registration for state of FL
COVID vaccination mandatory per site requirements
Responsibilities:
Assist with retrieving scripts/doctor’s orders as requested by DOR
Complete evaluations, daily notes, weekly progress notes, recertifications, and discharge documentation in a timely manner and in accordance to CMS guidelines
Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the physician
Supervise assistants as requested by DOR
Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care
Adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism at all times
