Occupational Therapist (OT), Home Care:  Enjoy independence and flexibility in the field to visit patients one on one in their own homes.

Hours:  Part-time | Days | 2- 3 days a week (No Weekends or Holidays)

A few must-haves for this position:

• Current licensure in the State of Minnesota as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• In the last five (5) years, two (2) years of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Able to travel within geographic area serviced by office. Valid drivers license, and proof of auto insurance is required.
• CPR Certification
