Encompass Therapy of central Ohio is seekingan Occupational Therapist to join our team! Experience in Home Care is desired but not mandatory. Areas of coverage will include inside the 270 outer belt and surrounding zip codes.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluation and treatment of patients in the home, apartment, senior living and ALF settings
- Monitor and assess patient rehabilitative programs
- Convey treatment results and patient progress in a timely manner to Home Care agencies through electronic documentation
- Organize and update patient records as needed
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio Licensure
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Passion to help and motivate others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
