Form of workOT Hand Therapist - Needs to be Certified Hand Therapist This position requires that you are either a certified Hand Therapist or have had experience in evaluating and treating hand and upper extremity acute and chronic conditions. CHT is required for this position. Must possess a current MA OT license. Have excellent communication skills and a solid framework in occupational therapy examination/ evaluation and proven problem-solving skills. Advanced splinting skills are needed in order to provide the clinical needs to both scheduled as well as walk in clinic patients.
Ongoing mentorship is provided as well as opportunities for clinical growth through internal continuing education as well as robust personal CE funding for conferences. As requested, CHT's may be asked to participate in program planning and protocol development and assist in covering at other locations if needed.
