Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - Industrial Setting - PRN (hours not guaranteed)

We're passionate about revolutionizing the healthcare industry through innovative programs. Join us in providing on-site preventative services to the industrial athletic population. This is a PRN position with flexible shift hours.
Role Overview:
As an Occupational Therapist Assistant with us, you'll work within industrial environments, focusing on proactive Occupational Health and Wellness initiatives for employees and contractors. Conduct Industrial Intervention Programs based on established protocols across various industries. Protective gear may be required depending on the site.
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist Assistant License in the state of employment.
- Valid BLS and CPR certifications.
- Proficiency in outpatient clinical skills, first responder skills, and musculoskeletal education.
- Familiarity with workplace safety, health regulations, and OSHA guidelines is a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent activities: walking, sitting, repetitive arm and leg movement, stooping, forward bending, handling, keyboard/computer work.
- Occasional activities: pinching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to briskly walk in the field/location for emergencies, observation, and job coaching.
