Job Description
Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive age appropriate plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation.
Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment.
Responds effectively to new and changing work assignments is a must.
" Bachelor's degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school Required
" Master's degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school - Highly desired
" BLS Required
" Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Required
" OT Experience - Required: 2 Years
" OT License Required
ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education:
Degree from an accredited program of Occupational Therapy
(Bachelor's required, Master's highly desired).
